Our Committee

Empower Women and Youth PAC is a grassroots, Gen Z-led political action committee dedicated to empowering women, engaging young people, and strengthening civic participation. Founded on the belief that representation matters, EWAY works to support candidates and initiatives that inspire the next generation of leaders. Through grassroots organizing, digital advocacy, fundraising, and community engagement, we are building a movement that gives women and young voices a greater role in shaping the future.

  • Reproductive Freedom

    We support the protection and expansion of reproductive rights, ensuring that every individual has the ability to make their own personal healthcare decisions without unnecessary government interference. We believe access to comprehensive reproductive healthcare, including contraception and safe medical services, is essential to protecting personal freedom, dignity, and equality.

  • Voting Rights

    We believe in building an economy that works for everyone by creating access to good-paying jobs, supporting small businesses, and investing in workforce development programs. We support policies that reduce economic inequality and help families achieve financial stability through fair wages, affordable housing, and expanded opportunities.

  • Public Education

    We believe every student deserves access to a strong, fully funded public education system that prepares them for college, careers, and life beyond the classroom. We support investments in teachers, school resources, mental health services, and safe learning environments so that all students—regardless of background or zip code—have an equal opportunity to succeed.

  • Women’s Empowerment

    We support policies that promote gender equality, expand opportunities for women, and remove systemic barriers that limit leadership and success. This includes increasing representation in politics and leadership positions, ensuring equal pay for equal work, and supporting programs that uplift women in education, business, and public service.
